day1:Travel from Various Locations to Nanning

Travel by train or plane to "Green City Nanning," a city with a long cultural history and modern amenities. As the home of the Zhuang ethnic group and other minorities, Nanning is celebrated for its harmonious multicultural atmosphere and lush greenery, earning it the nickname "Green City." Upon arrival, a guide or station staff will meet you at the exit and escort you to your hotel in the city.

day2:Baimo Cave – Bapan Tun – (Optional: Renshouyuan)

After breakfast, drive to Bama Yao Autonomous County, known as the "World's Longevity Village" (about 280 km, 4-hour drive). Upon arrival, enjoy lunch and then visit Baimo Cave (about 90 minutes), named the "World’s No. 1 Cave" by the British Royal Cave Association.

Next, visit Bapan Village, a "Longevity Village," where you can meet centenarians who still work and hear their health tips (visiting may depend on conditions). It's customary to bring a small red envelope as a blessing for yourself and the elderly.

Optional: Visit Renshouyuan Scenic Area (self-paid), the birthplace of Bama's longevity culture. Here, you can learn about the daily life of local centenarians and join villagers in making traditional longevity snacks like sticky rice cakes and tofu pudding. In the evening, enjoy a local "long-table feast" and participate in a bonfire party with Yao ethnic performances, including traditional dances and folk shows. Afterward, check into your hotel and enjoy free time.

day3:Equan – Gulongshan Waterfall

After breakfast, drive to the Goose Spring Scenic Area in Jingxi (AAAA-rated). One of the "Eight Famous Sights of Jingxi," Goose Spring has a history of over 700 years and is one of the three most famous springs in Southwest China. Known for its crystal-clear waters and stunning scenery, it is the source of the Detian Waterfall, Asia’s largest transnational waterfall. Surrounded by green hills and picturesque farmland, the spring has inspired many legends, adding to its mysterious charm.

After lunch, head to Gulong Mountain Grand Canyon (AAAA-rated, approx. 3-hour drive). Enjoy a 120-minute exploration of its world-class natural wonders, including four gorges, three caves, and a stunning underground river. Highlights include the 68-meter Water Curtain Falls and the 128-meter Gulong Waterfall. Admire the striking rock formations, cliffs, and breathtaking karst caves.

After the tour, head to Shuolong/Xialei, enjoy dinner, and check into the hotel for the night.

After lunch, visit the Mingshi Scenic Area (self-paid, 90 minutes). Known as "Little Guilin," this picturesque area has been featured on postage stamps and in many TV shows.
